Ryerson Holding Q2 profit climbs to $15.5 million

Ryerson Holding Corp. reported second-quarter net income of $15.5 million, or $0.30 per share, up from $1.9 million, or $0.06 per share, a year earlier. Revenue surged 71.6% to $2.006 billion from $1.169 billion. Excluding items, adjusted earnings were $27.6 million, or $0.52 per share. The company issued third-quarter EPS guidance of $0.37 to $0.40.
