NYSE to Delist SilverBox Corp IV Over $40 Million Market Cap Shortfall
The New York Stock Exchange announced that NYSE Regulation will commence proceedings to delist three securities of SilverBox Corp IV from the exchange, with trading suspended immediately. The affected securities are the company's Class A ordinary shares under the symbol SBXD, its units under SBXDU, and its redeemable warrants under SBXD WS, each whole warrant exercisable for one Class A ordinary share at an exercise price of $11.50. NYSE Regulation reached the decision under Section 802.01B of the NYSE's Listed Company Manual because the company fell below the continued listing standard requiring a listed acquisition company to maintain an average aggregate global market capitalization attributable to its publicly-held shares of at least $40,000,000 over a consecutive 30 trading day period. SilverBox Corp IV has the right to a review of the determination by a Committee of the Board of Directors of the Exchange. The NYSE will apply to the Securities and Exchange Commission to delist the securities once all applicable procedures are completed, including any appeal by the company.
