SEN X Public Company Limited, or SENX, has launched its RentNex strategy, a new real estate services business model aimed at turning rent into future value in order to generate recurring income and drive the company toward New S-Curve growth amid a slowdown in the property market. The strategy comprises a service for renting condominiums directly from project owners, such as projects in the Sena group, and the RentNex Benefit Program, which helps accumulate rental payments into capital or discounts that can be applied toward buying a home in the future. It is designed for the Generation Rent group, which wants flexibility and does not want long-term obligations. There is also RentNex Invest, a buy-to-let investment model for retail investors who want to turn condominiums into cash-generating assets, offering average returns of around 6 to 9 percent per year, with a professional team from SEN X providing full end-to-end management. All of these strategies aim to restructure revenue, reducing reliance on development for sale in favor of a services and platform business model that generates steady cash flow.
