As a result, the company's paid-up capital fell from 604,692,438 baht to 589,000,093.50 baht, and the number of registered shares fell from 1,209,384,876 to 1,178,000,187. The company will register the change in registered capital with the Ministry of Commerce within 14 days from the share cancellation date.
