Amata VN Public Company Limited, or AMATAV, has sold its entire stake in Amata Township Long Thanh, or ATLT, held both directly and indirectly in a proportion of 93.40%, to Long Thanh Riverside Investment Company Limited, which is not a related party. The total value is 492,239,171,513 dong, equivalent to 632 million baht. The transaction was completed on 30 July 2026, after the board of directors approved it on 9 July 2026. The sale aims to reduce administrative costs and enhance the group's investment management efficiency in Vietnam, resulting in ATLT ceasing to be a subsidiary of AMATAV.
