AP Thailand has launched its new condominium, ASPIRE Sathorn–Taksin Privé, a 22-storey high-rise with 381 units, priced from 75,000 baht per square metre and located just 450 metres from BTS Wutthakat station. Niyamaporn Tosanguan, Executive Vice President of the condominium business line at AP Thailand, said the launch continues the company's drive in the transit-oriented condo market under the AP CODE – The Code of Living Quality standard, after the company won Best Condo Developer of the Year 2026 at the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2026. The project offers units ranging from a 32-square-metre one-bedroom layout to a 45-square-metre two-bedroom layout. The highlight is the 35-square-metre one-bedroom plus model, starting at just 2.49 million baht, marking its first launch for the ASPIRE brand. The project also features more than 3,000 square metres of common area, a 24-hour fitness centre, and is the only pet-friendly condominium in the Wutthakat zone through its The Paw Yard space. The company will hold an Exclusive Premiere on 26–27 September and is offering benefits worth up to 200,000 baht for those who register in advance.
