Asset World Corp REIT Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Asset World Corp Public Company Limited, or AWC, and acting as the REIT manager, submitted an application and filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 29, 2026, to offer trust units of the AWC Lifestyle Properties Real Estate Investment Trust, or AWR. AWR will invest in its first group of assets, which are freehold properties, comprising five hotel and commercial real estate projects of the company: Banyan Tree Samui, Banyan Tree Krabi Resort, Melia Koh Samui, Pattaya Marriott Resort and Spa, and The Empire, located in prime locations in Bangkok and key tourist destinations across Thailand, with a combined value of not less than 48 billion baht. These five projects will form the core of AWR's initial asset portfolio. In addition, AWR has been granted a right of first refusal from the company to invest in assets of the company and its subsidiaries, a right with no expiry for as long as the company or its subsidiaries continue to act as the REIT manager or hold more than 15 percent of the total issued and paid-up trust units. The offering of trust units and related transactions remain subject to the approval and related processes of the SEC.
