On its expansion into becoming a Lifestyle Developer, the company aims for recurring income to begin contributing significantly from 2027, expected to account for about 3-5% of total revenue, and targets a recurring income proportion of about 10% of total revenue within three to five years. It is also advancing its hospitality business in Phuket through The Asset Wise (TITLE), as well as plans to develop hotels together with IHG, namely voco Phuket Bangtao with 175 rooms, expected to open in 2029, and Hotel Indigo Phuket Nai Yang Beach with about 170 rooms, expected to open in 2030.
