Asset World Corp, or AWC, has announced a strategic partnership with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, or URW, a global retail giant, under which URW will serve as strategic advisor and co-develop the Experience-Led Lifestyle Retail concept to position Thailand as a global hub for tourism, shopping, and lifestyle retail. The partnership will begin with the Asiatique The Riverfront Destination project, a landmark on the Chao Phraya River spanning 224,000 square meters with investment value of more than 22 billion baht, before extending the model to the Wiang Nakhon Kasem project in Yaowarat, covering 32,000 square meters, and the Aquatique Pattaya project, covering 110,000 square meters. Wallapa Traisorat, Chief Executive Officer and President of AWC, said the tie-up is an important step in the company's Building Better Future mission.
