Britania Public Company Limited, or BRI, is continuing its push into the low-rise residential market in eastern Bangkok and the Eastern Economic Corridor, or EEC. Chief Executive Officer Krit Techasumma said the low-rise housing market in the areas linking eastern Bangkok, specifically the Bang Na, Bang Phli and Bang Bo zones through to the EEC, is still likely to grow in line with industrial investment, employment and foreign nationals coming to work in Thailand. He cited research by Krungsri Research, which expects new sales and leases of land in industrial estates in 2026 to 2028 to grow by an average of 3.0 to 4.0 percent per year, or roughly 7,000 to 7,300 rai per year. The company has used the eastern Bangkok and EEC zone as its main base throughout the past eight years, since 2018, with a cumulative total of more than 8 low-rise residential projects comprising 1,726 units, worth a combined total of more than 8.8 billion baht, or 20 percent of the total value the company has developed. It currently has eight projects under development and for sale. Three are in the Bang Pakong zone of Chachoengsao province: Britania Bang Na Km.39, worth 1.2 billion baht, with 232 units starting at 3.99 million baht; Britania Home Bang Na-Bang Pakong, worth 1.25 billion baht, with 200 units starting at 4.79 million baht; and Brighton Bang Pakong, worth 650 million baht, with 211 units starting at 2.79 million baht. The other five projects are in the Chonburi and Rayong zones: Britania Amata Phan Thong, worth 2.25 billion baht, with 440 units starting at 2.99 million baht; Brighton Amata Sukprayoon, worth more than 650 million baht, with 223 units starting at 2.99 million baht; Britania Bang Saen, worth 1.25 billion baht, with 158 units starting at 5.29 million baht; Britania Rayong, worth 1.1 billion baht, with 222 units starting at about 3.99 million to 7 million baht; and Grand Britania Rayong, worth 450 million baht, with 40 units starting at 7.99 million baht. Most recently, the company launched the NowOrNever campaign for bookings and transfers of ownership from now until the end of September 2026, featuring promotions including free stays with no installments for up to 36 months, full furniture and electrical appliances, and interest of 1.25 percent per year, with installments starting at 1,500 baht per month for one year.
