Calix IncClass action lawsuit alleging securities violations for failing to disclose margin pressure from memory component costs.

Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman LLC has filed a class action lawsuit against Calix, Inc. and certain officers, alleging violations of federal securities laws. The suit covers investors who purchased or acquired Calix securities between January 28, 2026 and April 21, 2026. The complaint claims that during this period, defendants failed to disclose that first quarter margins had significantly benefited from advanced purchasing of memory components, that the advanced supply was dwindling, and that the company was experiencing negative margin pressure as it was forced to buy memory components at rising market prices. As a result, positive statements about margins, business, operations, and prospects were allegedly materially misleading. Investors have until July 27, 2026 to seek lead plaintiff appointment.
