Cho Thavee Public Company Limited, or CHO, disclosed that on September 14, 2026, the company signed a memorandum of understanding, or MOU, with Tharawat Sanam Company of Saudi Arabia. The main purpose of this cooperation is to develop the manufacturing and assembly of ground support equipment, or GSE, for use at airports in Saudi Arabia, as well as to expand production capacity to support exports within the Middle East region. As for key details of this MOU, no total transaction value has been specified. The agreement has a term of five years from the date of signing, and the parties may mutually agree to extend the cooperation period. The company assesses that the aviation business market in Saudi Arabia is in a period of continuous growth, and the cooperation therefore represents an important step for the company in bringing its internationally recognized technology and engineering capabilities into the Saudi Industrial Localization Ecosystem, as well as creating opportunities to further expand its business in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East region.
