Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or FPT, has announced the establishment of Frasers Property Industrial Estate to oversee its industrial estate and industrial township business specifically, marking a key strategic move to upgrade its business structure from being merely a developer of warehouses and factories for rent to becoming a full-service industrial estate developer. Mr. Hua Tiang Lim, Chief Executive Officer of FPT, said the establishment of this business group is intended to build on its potential and experience in industrial real estate development, supporting the growth of high-value industries and new investment opportunities in Thailand. Under this structure, Frasers Property Industrial Estate will be responsible for managing the Araya The Eastern Gateway project as well as developing new industrial estate and industrial township projects. The development aims to create a premium-level industrial estate and industrial township to serve operators in the Industry 4.0 era, while incorporating ESG guidelines as part of the development.
