GE HealthCare Technologies Inc.GE HealthCare announced a 14% increase in its quarterly dividend to $0.04 per share and added a finance leader to its board.

GE HealthCare initiated a voluntary Class II recall of its Centricity PACS imaging software worldwide after discovering that migrated historical imaging data could be linked to the wrong patient under certain conditions, potentially leading to misdiagnosis or delayed care across 1,443 systems. The recall was reported by the US FDA in late September 2026. In the same week, GE HealthCare announced a 14% increase in its quarterly dividend to US$0.04 per share and said experienced finance leader Pascal Desroches will join its board in early 2027. The company's investment narrative projects $24.4 billion in revenue and $2.7 billion in earnings by 2029, requiring 4.7% yearly revenue growth and an earnings increase of about $0.7 billion from $2.0 billion today, with a fair value estimate of $82.50. Before the recall, the most optimistic analysts had modeled about US$25.1 billion of revenue and US$2.9 billion of earnings by 2029, assuming software and imaging platforms scale smoothly.
