Picpay Holdings Netherlands N.V. Class A Common SharesSecurities class action lawsuit over IPO misrepresentations and credit underwriting deficiencies.

Hagens Berman has filed a securities class action lawsuit against PicS N.V. and is investigating alleged misrepresentations in the company's January 30, 2026 initial public offering disclosures regarding credit underwriting practices. The lawsuit claims that PicS and certain top executives and underwriters failed to disclose that an internal review in December 2025 found historical credit evaluation policies deficient and requiring urgent enhancements, masking a severe deterioration in customer credit quality and a spike in non-performing loans. Following the IPO, PicS shares fell 22.5% on March 19, 2026 after revealing pre-IPO credit procedure deficiencies and R$590 million in Stage 3 loan reclassifications, and later dropped over 50% from the $19.00 IPO price to below $9.00 by June 2, 2026 as defaults escalated. Investors who purchased PicS Class A common stock in or traceable to the IPO and suffered losses have until August 4, 2026 to seek lead plaintiff appointment.
