Wuhan Tianyu Info IndustryJudicial auction of all 12.45% shares held by controlling shareholder Wuhan Tongyu failed with no bids, potentially leading to a change of control and continued judicial disposal.

At 7 p.m. on September 30, the judicial auction of 53.5545 million shares held by Wuhan Tongyu Investment Partnership, the controlling shareholder of *ST Tianyu, concluded, with all three auction lots failing due to no bids. The auction was conducted in three lots of 17,851,507 shares, 17,851,507 shares, and 17,851,508 shares, each accounting for approximately 4.15% of the company's total share capital, with a starting price of 89.6145 million yuan each, or 5.02 yuan per share. The shares auctioned this time together account for 12.45% of *ST Tianyu's total share capital, and represent all of the listed company shares currently held by Wuhan Tongyu. The company previously announced that if the auction is ultimately completed, it could lead to a change of control. According to the relevant provisions of the Supreme People's Court on online judicial auctions, after a failed auction, a second auction should be held on the same platform within 30 days, and the starting price reduction for the second auction must not exceed 20% of the previous starting price. If the second auction also fails, the assets may be sold by other lawful means. Therefore, the 12.45% stake held by Wuhan Tongyu may still enter judicial disposal proceedings again. In addition, *ST Tianyu remains under risk warning status. Its application submitted to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on April 23 to revoke the delisting risk warning and other risk warnings has not yet been approved. In the first half of this year, the company achieved operating revenue of 24.04 million yuan, and the net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 71.98 million yuan.
