Kasikornbank, or KBANK, has announced relief measures for customers affected by flooding across all 50 districts of Bangkok, as well as areas covered by Ministry of Interior declarations. The measures cover home loans, credit cards, personal loans, auto loans, and business loans. Individual customers can defer principal payments and pay only interest for up to 3 months on home loans, KBANK credit cards, Xpress Loan cash loans, and Xpress Cash cards. Home loan customers can also borrow additional funds for home repairs at a 0% interest rate for 3 months, with free collateral appraisal. Auto hire-purchase loans will have monthly installments reduced by up to 50% for 6 months, with the repayment period extended by 3 months. For business customers, existing credit lines can have principal payments deferred with interest-only payments for up to 3 months. Customers can submit requests for assistance from today until 31 December 2026. Customers with auto insurance and property insurance purchased through the bank and underwritten by Muang Thai Insurance can file claims via Line OA @mtifriend, email EMC_Motor@muangthaiinsurance.com, or the call center at 1484.
