Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited, or KTB, informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Krungthai Holding Company Limited, or KTH, a subsidiary 99.99% held by the bank, registered the establishment of two new subsidiaries on 1 October 2026. The first is Krungthai Allianz Holding Company Limited, with registered capital of 1 million baht, fully paid up, divided into 100,000 ordinary shares at a par value of 10 baht each, with KTH holding 99.99%. It was set up to operate as a holding company for companies in the bank's financial business group engaged in shared support services, as well as digital technology and innovation businesses. The second is Krungthai Capital Holding Company Limited, with registered capital of 1 million baht, fully paid up, divided into 100,000 ordinary shares at a par value of 10 baht each, with KTH holding 99.99%. It will serve as a holding company for companies in the bank's financial business group engaged in investment and asset management, as well as companies in the insurance business. The bank stated that it had received permission from the Bank of Thailand for both newly established companies to be part of the bank's financial business group, effective from 9 September 2026.
