Krungthai Bank has announced the establishment of two new companies to restructure its financial business group. Krungthai Holding Company Limited, in which the bank holds a 99.99% stake, registered both new subsidiaries. The first is Krungthai Allianz Holding Company Limited, which operates as a holding company for group companies providing shared support services, including digital technology and innovation businesses. The second is Krungthai Capital Holding Company Limited, which operates as a holding company for group companies engaged in investment and asset management, as well as companies in the insurance business. Both companies have registered capital of 1 million baht, fully paid up, and the bank has received permission from the Bank of Thailand for both companies to be part of the bank's financial business group, effective 9 September 2026.
