Krung Thai Bank Public Company LimitedKTB restructures its financial business group by setting up two new holding subsidiaries, a corporate reorganization approved by the Bank of Thailand.

Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited, or KTB, announced the establishment of two new companies to restructure the bank's internal financial business group. Krung Thai Holding Company Limited, or KTH, a subsidiary 99.99% held by the bank and a company within the bank's financial business group, has registered the establishment of two new subsidiaries: Krung Thai Alliance Holding Company Limited and Krung Thai Capital Holding Company Limited. Krung Thai Alliance Holding Company Limited operates as a holding company for companies within the bank's financial business group engaged in shared support services, as well as digital technology and innovation businesses, with registered capital of 1 million baht, fully paid up. Meanwhile, Krung Thai Capital Holding Company Limited operates as a holding company for companies within the bank's financial business group engaged in investment and asset management, and for group companies engaged in the insurance business, with registered capital of 1 million baht, fully paid up. The bank received permission from the Bank of Thailand for both newly established companies to be companies within the bank's financial business group on 9 September 2026.
