Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited, or KTB, disclosed that Krungthai Holding Company Limited, a subsidiary 99.99% owned by the bank, has registered the establishment of two new subsidiaries: Krungthai Allianz Holding Company Limited and Krungthai Capital Holding Company Limited. Both companies were registered on 1 October 2026 with registered capital of 1,000,000 baht each, fully paid up, divided into 100,000 ordinary shares at a par value of 10 baht per share, and Krungthai Holding Company Limited holds 99.99% of the registered capital in each company. Krungthai Allianz Holding Company Limited operates as a holding company for companies in the bank's financial business group engaged in shared support services, including digital technology and innovation businesses, while Krungthai Capital Holding Company Limited operates as a holding company for companies in the bank's financial business group engaged in investment and asset management, and for group companies engaged in the insurance business. The bank received permission from the Bank of Thailand for both newly established companies to be companies within the bank's financial business group on 9 September 2026.
