Villa Kunalai Public Company Limited, or KUN, is preparing to offer its fourth secured bond issue of 2026, with a tenor of 2 years and 3 months, a coupon of 7.4% per annum, and interest payments every 3 months, to institutional and high-net-worth investors on 20–21 and 24 August 2026 through six securities companies. This bond issue is secured by vacant land in the Navara Rangsit project, equivalent to 1.5 times the value of the bonds offered. CEO Khunate Devakula revealed that the company has already set aside cash to repay the previous bond issue of 100 million baht maturing on 12 August. He also disclosed first-half 2026 results, with property sales revenue of 278.51 million baht, up 39.58% year-on-year, driven especially by two flagship projects, Navara Rama 2 and Navara Rangsit. Net profit attributable to majority shareholders stood at 10.62 million baht, and interest expense fell 67.31% to just 2.20 million baht. In addition, KUN is in talks with partners to jointly develop a Longevity Living project, which is expected to commence by 2027, creating a new S-curve for the business.
