Villa Kunalai Public Company Limited, or KUN, is preparing to offer its fourth secured bond issuance of 2026, carrying an interest rate of 7.4% per annum, with a tenor of 2 years and 3 months, paying interest every 3 months. The bonds are backed by collateral valued at 1.5 times the total issued amount, consisting mainly of vacant land in the Navara Rangsit project. The offering will be open for subscription by institutional and high-net-worth investors on August 20, 21, and 24, 2026, through six underwriters. The company has also set aside cash to repay the 100 million baht KUN268A bonds maturing on August 12, 2026. For the first half of 2026, property sales revenue rose 39.58% to 278.51 million baht, net profit attributable to majority shareholders stood at 10.62 million baht, and interest expenses dropped 67.31% to 2.20 million baht. Additionally, KUN is in talks for a joint venture to develop a Longevity Living project as a new S-curve business, with operations expected to commence within 2027.
