Lalin Property reports Q2 profit up 30%, pays interim dividend

The company has already repaid debentures and bills of exchange that fell due with a combined value of more than 4 billion baht, and still has agreed support facilities from several partner commercial banks. The board of directors approved an interim dividend payment of 0.11 baht per share, with the record date for shareholders entitled to receive the dividend set for 31 August 2026 and the dividend payment date set for 11 September 2026. Compared with the current share price, that dividend rate represents a full-year dividend yield of about 6.1%.
