L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited (LPN) has opened a sales gallery for the Lumpini Park Bang Wa Interchange condominium project inside The Mall Life Store Bang Khae, making the brand more accessible to customers. The project is a low-rise condominium with a total value of over 1.5 billion baht, comprising 4 buildings with 862 units on more than 9 rai of land. It is scheduled for completion in early 2028, with prices starting at 1.29 million baht, along with a guaranteed return program of 6% for 6 years. Mr. Sombat Chanyutthakorn, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, said that The Mall Bang Khae was chosen because it is a large shopping center with convenient access via the MRT at Lak Song Station, and it attracts 60,000–70,000 visitors per day, which will help increase walk-in customers and build brand awareness. The sales gallery is located on the 1st floor and features two model rooms: a 23.50 sq.m. studio and a 29.00 sq.m. one-bedroom unit. The location is near Siam University, which has over 10,000 students, creating housing demand from both students and working people.
