Milkground has signed an agreement with Saudi dairy company SADAFCO to extend the strategic cooperation discussion period by six months to February 8, 2027. The company previously signed a memorandum with SADAFCO on February 8, 2026, planning to explore cooperation in innovation, introduction, commercialization, distribution, and market expansion of children's cheese snacks in the Saudi market. According to the original memorandum, the two parties were to complete discussions within six months of signing, and this extension marks the second postponement. In the first quarter of 2026, Milkground achieved revenue of 1.626 billion yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company of 75.56 million yuan.
