Newmark Group has appointed Nick Hinton as Head of Project Management in Hong Kong, launching its project management capability in the market. Hinton brings more than 27 years of experience leading complex construction, development and project management initiatives across Asia-Pacific, most recently serving as Divisional Projects Director for CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. He will lead the growth of Newmark's Project Management business in Hong Kong, providing clients with strategic oversight and delivery of workplace, capital improvement and construction projects. The appointment enhances Newmark's integrated solutions, complementing its leasing, capital markets, valuation, advisory and occupier services. Vice Chairman Rhodri James said the launch marks an important milestone in the continued evolution of the business.
