Origin Property Public Company Limited, or ORI, has announced a new investment plan of 11.65 billion baht in Phuket from 2026 to 2028, aiming to boost its total investment portfolio value in the province to 30 billion baht, up from 18.35 billion baht at the end of the second quarter of 2026. The plan covers nine new condominium projects worth a combined 11.65 billion baht and two hotels valued at 1.88 billion baht. Revenue recognition will begin in the fourth quarter of 2026 from the handover of completed projects, along with the phased opening of three hotels under the Hilton and Marriott brands, totaling 601 rooms and worth 2.7 billion baht. The current portfolio's foreign customer base is led by Russians at 46.6 percent, Poles at 15.9 percent, and Chinese at 6.4 percent.
