Arisirin Holding Public Company Limited, or ORN, has announced the construction of The Backyard Phuket, a new lifestyle community in the heart of the Thalang area of Phuket Province, on a site of more than 2 rai with a project value of 290 million baht. Chief Executive Officer Pridikorn Buranupakorn said the project aims to enrich the lifestyle of local residents and tourists and to support the growth of Phuket's tourism sector. The project comprises a two-storey building with 18 units and 3,647.64 square metres of usable space, developed under the concept of The Most Livable Neighborhood, which connects people, housing, educational institutions and lifestyle together. It is designed as a livable community rather than a conventional retail space. Construction is currently under way and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027, and the company is inviting operators and brands to join as business partners.
