A class action lawsuit has been filed against PicS N.V. on behalf of investors who purchased Class A common stock in or traceable to the company's January 30, 2026 initial public offering. The suit, brought by Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. in the Southern District of New York, alleges that IPO offering documents contained false or misleading statements and omitted material facts about credit evaluation deficiencies, a reclassification of approximately R$590 million in exposures, and a heightened Stage 3 formation rate exceeding 7% in the fourth quarter of 2025. By June 4, 2026, the stock had fallen below $9 per share, a decline of more than 50% from the $19 IPO price. Investors have until August 4, 2026 to apply to the Court for appointment as lead plaintiff.
