Nano X Imaging LtdClass action lawsuit alleging false statements and securities fraud.

Pomerantz LLP has filed a class action lawsuit against Nano-X Imaging Ltd. and certain officers on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired Nano-X securities between March 31, 2025 and April 17, 2026. The suit, filed in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, alleges that the company made materially false and misleading statements about its business, operations, and prospects, including overstating efficiency gains and demand while concealing misaligned production and rising costs. The truth began to emerge on April 20, 2026, when Nano-X reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $33.4 million, including a $17.5 million impairment charge tied to restructuring at its Korean chip manufacturing facility, and announced the departure of its CFO. Following these disclosures, Nano-X's stock price fell 24.39% to close at $2.155 per share. Investors have until August 11, 2026 to seek appointment as lead plaintiff.
