PREB first-half profit rises 27%, backlog at 9.2 billion baht

Pre-Built Public Company Limited, or PREB, reported net profit for the first six months of 2026 of 65.33 million baht, up 26.90% from 51.48 million baht in the same period last year. Total revenue was 2.81 billion baht, up 24.01% from 2.27 billion baht. Main revenue came from construction contracting at 2.54 billion baht, floor slab manufacturing at 107.20 million baht, and property development at 165.49 million baht. The company currently has a backlog awaiting revenue recognition of approximately 9.22 billion baht, which will be recognised gradually according to the progress of each project. In the second half of the year, the company will focus on bidding for potential construction projects such as high-rise buildings, office buildings, commercial buildings, industrial factories, hotels, international schools, shopping centres, and hospitals.
