John Caraccio, Chief Executive Officer of World Gym International, said that Thailand is a high-potential market for the fitness and wellness industry, and views S-OASIS as an especially suitable location. Panya Jenkitwattanalert, Partner and Head of Office Advisory at Knight Frank Chartered (Thailand) Co., Ltd., said that the non-CBD market continues to show positive trends, with Knight Frank reporting an occupancy rate of 80%.
