Singha Estate Public Company Limited, or S, has signed an agreement to lease more than 3,000 square metres of office space in the S-OASIS building to World Gym (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to develop a new World Gym in Thailand, with Knight Frank Thailand acting as advisor on the deal. The new facility will officially open for service in the first quarter of 2570. Chairat Sivapornphan, Chief Executive Officer of Singha Estate, and John Caraccio, Chief Executive Officer of World Gym International, jointly drove the deal forward. Oranee Poolkhwan, Chief Executive Officer of the Retail and Commercial Business Development Division at S, said that World Gym's arrival as a strategic tenant will strengthen the S-OASIS ecosystem and form an important part of its tenant mix strategy. The wellness space of more than 3,000 square metres will help complete S-OASIS as a work-life destination connecting work, life and wellness, while supporting recurring income and increasing the value of the commercial property portfolio over the long term. Panya Jenkitwattanalert, Partner and Head of Office Advisory at Knight Frank Chartered (Thailand) Co., Ltd., said the non-CBD market still shows positive trends, with Knight Frank reporting an occupancy rate of 80%.
