Saudi Aramco's crude exports resumed from Yanbu port and the east-west pipeline recovered to about half capacity after the drone-attack shutdown, easing the supply disruption.
Reuters reported on the 29th that crude oil exports have resumed from the Yanbu port, a key hub in western Saudi Arabia. The pipeline linking the country's east and west had been shut down after a drone attack, halting exports as well. The pipeline restarted late this month and its flow rate has now recovered to about half of pre-attack levels, according to the report. A source familiar with the matter said one tanker had already loaded crude from Yanbu port several days earlier. State oil company Saudi Aramco did not respond to Reuters' request for comment.
