Spring Airlines disclosed its semi-annual report on August 28. In the first half of 2026, the company achieved operating revenue of 12.336 billion yuan, up 19.72% year on year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 1.042 billion yuan, down 10.81% year on year. Basic earnings per share were 1.08 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 3.3 yuan, tax included, for every 10 shares. During the reporting period, the company completed total transport turnover of 2,855,688 ten-thousand-ton kilometers, passenger turnover of 3,130,674.8 ten-thousand-passenger kilometers, and carried 17.373 million passengers, up 18.3%, 18.0%, and 14.2% year on year respectively. The passenger load factor was 92.6%, up 2.08 percentage points year on year.
