It is also involved in import and export of goods and technologies, advertising, e-commerce, training, business, financial leasing, and rental activities. As of December 31, 2025, the company owned and operated a fleet of 134 aircraft. Founded in 2004, it is headquartered in Shanghai, China, and is a subsidiary of Shanghai Spring International Travel Service Ltd.
