Previously, on June 30, 2026, Bank of Beijing held a board meeting and passed a resolution to dispose of this village bank, while also approving the acquisition of Yantai Fushan Zhujiang Village Bank and the establishment of a branch network. This marks the entry of the bank's village bank reform into a phase of refined and differentiated implementation. According to Bank of Beijing's first-quarter 2026 report, the bank's total assets reached 4.95 trillion yuan, with operating revenue for the period of 19.6 billion yuan, up 14.43% year-on-year.
