In the first half of 2026, the company's net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items rose 108.36 percent year on year to about 1.123 billion yuan. Research and development spending reached about 2.041 billion yuan, up 36.86 percent year on year, accounting for about 30.51 percent of operating revenue. The company is currently advancing research and development of more than 20 new equipment products across six major categories, and disclosed that it accounts for about 35 to 40 percent of the global wafer fab equipment market in mainland China, while its most advanced overseas logic customers have cumulatively received about 800 reaction chambers.
