During the quarter, CMB.TECH delivered nine newbuildings, including Newcastlemaxes, VLCCs, Suezmaxes, a CSOV, and a CTV, and signed a milestone agreement with Fortescue for the charter of up to 12 ammonia-powered Newcastlemax vessels. The company also completed sales of two VLCCs and one Suezmax, generating gains of USD 98.2 million and USD 29.2 million respectively, with additional vessel sales expected to contribute gains in Q3 and Q4 2026.
