The main driver was branch expansion to 58 locations, an increase of 13 branches over the past year, representing 29% growth in store count, even as same-store sales softened by about 6% amid cautious purchasing power. Gross margin was 48.3%, down slightly from 48.7% a year earlier, while EBITDA came in at 286 million baht, up 38%, for an EBITDA margin of 25.1%. For the third quarter of fiscal 2026, the company expects continued growth. It opened Kaiten Sushi Ginza Onodera, the largest premium conveyor-belt sushi flagship in Asia, at CentralWorld on July 28, with capacity for up to 30,000 customers per month and bookings fully filled through September, which is expected to generate additional revenue and significantly attract new customers to the group.
