Ministry of Industry opens hotline 1564 with 4 measures to revive businesses after floods

The Ministry of Industry has opened hotline 1564 to receive requests for assistance from factory operators, SMEs, and community enterprises affected by flooding, available 24 hours a day. It has also issued 4 initial measures to ease their hardship and help businesses resume operations as quickly as possible. The measures include business recovery through the Rebuild SMEs project, exemption of annual fees for factories located in disaster-hit areas, financial assistance such as debt payment suspension for 3 to 12 months, emergency capital injection, and interest-free loans for 6 months, as well as help repairing and restoring damaged machinery.
