UBS Group AGThe Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Thai Capital Market Business Council held roadshows in New York in the United States and London in the United Kingdom from September 22 to 25, 2026, with leading global institutional investors attending to hear the presentations, 43 funds in total, representing assets under management, or AUM, of more than 48 trillion US dollars. That figure does not double-count funds met in both New York and London. In New York there were 22 funds with combined AUM of about 45 trillion US dollars, through cooperation with Bank of America, while Jefferies brought another 15 funds with combined AUM of about 1.7 trillion US dollars to meet the prime minister directly. In London, senior executives from 8 funds with combined AUM of about 16.5 trillion US dollars took part through cooperation with UBS. Paiboon Nalinthrangkurn, chairman of the Thai Capital Market Business Council, disclosed that since the start of 2026 foreign capital has begun flowing back into the Thai stock market, about 1.5 billion US dollars, or roughly 10% of the more than 15,000 million US dollars that flowed out of the Thai stock market over the past three years. On the same occasion, the Stock Exchange of Thailand signed a memorandum of understanding with the New York Stock Exchange setting a framework for cooperation on securities listing in both markets, or dual listing, as well as the development of ETF products, market data and index products, and ESG products and services, with the prime minister witnessing the signing.
