Supalai, or SPALI, announced that Thailand's real estate market has passed its lowest point and that it is preparing to launch 19 new projects in the second half of 2026, with a combined value of 22.66 billion baht, comprising 15 low-rise projects and 4 condominium projects. Managing Director Tritecha Tangmatitham stated that the company is focusing on the real demand customer group, which is mostly Thai, and that it is beginning to see signs of a recovery in bookings, especially for condominiums in potential locations. In the second half of 2026, the company will begin gradually transferring ownership of two condominium projects, Supalai Park Ekkamai-Phattanakan and Supalai Kram Khao Tao. Thanachart Securities maintained its buy recommendation with a fair value of 21 baht, raising its 2026 profit forecast by 10% and its 2027 forecast by 11%, while highlighting a dividend yield of 7.7% in 2026 and 8.4% in 2027. It expects presales in the second half of 2026 to grow 6% compared with the first half, supported by the Supalai Kram-Srisuthon project worth 1 billion baht, which has already sold 60% of all units in the third quarter of 2026. SPALI's profit is at a turning point, driven mainly by stronger profit contributions from its business in Australia.
