SMBC Nikko ร่วมมือ Uniswap และ Base พัฒนาแพลตฟอร์ม DeFi สำหรับนักลงทุนในญี่ปุ่น
SMBC Nikko Securities และ Nethermind บริษัทผู้พัฒนาเทคโนโลยีบล็อกเชน ประกาศเมื่อวันที่ 2 ตุลาคมว่า จะร่วมกันพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์ม DeFi สำหรับนักลงทุนในประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยมี Uniswap Labs, Base และ Nyx Foundation เข้าร่วมด้วย โดยมุ่งสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการใช้งานที่สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายและข้อบังคับต่างๆ สิ่งที่พัฒนาประกอบด้วยโปรโตคอลการให้สภาพคล่องและพูลสภาพคล่องเฉพาะชื่อ DeFi Gateway ซึ่งจะฝังฟังก์ชันการบริหารสินทรัพย์ด้วย AI มาตรการป้องกันการฟอกเงินและการสนับสนุนทางการเงินแก่การก่อการร้าย ตลอดจนกลไกคุ้มครองนักลงทุน คาดว่าจะพัฒนาสำเร็จภายในกลางปี 2027 SMBC Nikko Securities จะเป็นผู้นำการเจรจากับหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลและให้องค์ความรู้ด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์และการบริหารความเสี่ยง ส่วน Nethermind จะเป็นผู้นำการพัฒนาด้านเทคนิค รวมถึงความปลอดภัยของ AI และสัญญาอัจฉริยะ Uniswap Labs จะสนับสนุนการเชื่อมต่อโปรโตคอล Base จะสนับสนุนการ déploy บนเครือข่ายของตน และ Nyx Foundation จะให้คำแนะนำด้านกลยุทธ์การทำตลาดและ การออกแบบฮุก
