抖音が聯動優勢の買収を終了 決済ライセンスは更新停止処分を受けていた
海聯金匯は9月30日、天津同融から「株式譲渡契約の解除に関する通知」を受け取ったと発表した。双方の友好的な協議を経て、天津同融による海聯金匯傘下の決済ライセンス会社・聯動優勢の買収を終了する。公開資料によると、天津同融は抖音グループ内の企業。これに先立ち、今年8月末、聯動優勢は「中国人民銀行行政許可実施弁法」第24条に規定する状況に該当するとして、決済ライセンスの更新手続きが停止されていた。
