CRC、ICCと合弁会社を設立しファッションブランドポートフォリオを拡大
セントラル・リテール・コーポレーション（CRC）は、タイ証券取引所に対し、同社が100%出資する子会社セントラル・トレーディングが、アイ・シー・シー・インターナショナル（ICC）と共同で新会社「ヘリテージ・クロック（タイランド）」を設立したと発表した。出資比率はセントラル・トレーディングが80%、ICCが20%。この新会社設立の目的は、ファッションブランド事業のポートフォリオ拡大と、CRCのファッション事業グループの成長力強化にあり、新会社はタイにおけるラコステブランドのファッション商品の輸入・販売を手がける。
