日本養鶏協会は28日、高値水準が続く鶏卵の需給動向について、2026年下半期から27年上半期の生産量が前年同期を上回るとの見通しを明らかにした。これにより需給は緩和し、卸売価格は最高値に迫った前年同期を下回ると見込んだ。同協会は、昨年10月以降に発生した鳥インフルエンザによる殺処分で飼養羽数が減少した分、ひなの再導入が進み、27年上半期の生産量は前年同期を3．7％上回ると推計した。
