三峡水利の公告によると、同社の完全子会社である烏江実業は、保有する貴州武陵マンガン業の全株式を公開入札で譲渡する予定であり、烏江電力も同時に油菜溝マンガン滓庫の関連資産を公開入札で譲渡する予定である。両対象は互いに先行取引条件となり、一括譲渡される。武陵マンガン業の全株式の評価額は6億6500万元、油菜溝マンガン滓庫の関連資産の評価額は1億8500万元で、いずれも増値税を含まない。本取引はなお同社の株主総会の審議に付される必要がある。
