ＡＢＥＪＡがシンガポール子会社設立、グロービングは増益増配計画
２６日発表分の個別材料では、ＡＢＥＪＡがシンガポールに１００％出資の子会社を設立することを決議した。グロービングは２７年５月期の連結業績（ＩＦＲＳ）で大幅増益と増配を計画している。サスメドは不眠障害用アプリについて塩野義薬との独占的販売契約が終了した。ネクセラは提携先のニューロクライン社によるアルツハイマー病の認知機能障害を対象とした第２相試験に関し、約１５億９１００万円のマイルストーンを受領した。霞ヶ関キャピタルは米国第一号案件の販売用不動産（マイアミ開発用地）を売却し、ヤマハは保有するヤマハ発動機株式の一部売却を発表した。松井証券は未定としていた２７年３月期の中間配当を２８円（前年同期は２５円）とし、メディカルネットは財務報告に係る内部統制の開示すべき重要な不備を解消した。
